Terms and Conditions of Sale – Standelite
1. Preamble
These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on the website www.standelite.com, operated by Standelite SAS, a company with a capital of €1,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 988 490 959, headquartered at 61 rue de Lyon, 75012 Paris, France.
Any order implies full acceptance of these terms.
2. Products
The products sold include custom event stands, backdrops, inflatable tents, and other branded communication tools.
Custom-made products are produced according to client specifications. As such, they are not subject to the right of withdrawal under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
All product images on the website are for illustrative purposes only and are non-contractual. Minor differences may occur in color, shape, scale, or markings.
3. Orders
Orders can only be placed online via www.standelite.com.
The customer agrees to provide accurate information. Errors in submitted files or specifications (sizes, visuals, quantities) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
An order is only confirmed once full payment and all production files have been received.
4. Prices
Prices are listed in euros (€), excluding VAT and shipping.
Standelite reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Orders will be billed based on the price in effect at the time of order confirmation.
5. Payment
Payments are processed via secure gateways available on the website (e.g. Stripe).
Production will not begin until full payment is received.
6. Delivery
Delivery times are given for informational purposes only. Standelite shall not be held liable for delays caused by shipping providers or customs.
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer. Any address error will result in additional reshipping fees.
7. Right of withdrawal – Customized products
In accordance with applicable law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or made-to-order products, except in the case of a proven defect or clear non-compliance.
Non-customized products (if applicable) may be returned within 14 days in perfect condition at the customer's expense.
8. Warranties
Standelite commits to delivering products that comply with the order.
In the event of a defect (e.g. printing error, damaged product), the client must submit a claim within 48 hours of delivery, including visual proof.
No claims will be accepted after this period.
9. Liability
Standelite is not liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of its products.
It disclaims responsibility in case of misuse or improper installation.
10. Personal Data
Customer data is processed solely for order management, in accordance with GDPR.

11. Governing Law – Disputes
These Terms are governed by French law.
In case of dispute and if no amicable solution is found, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Paris.
