Delivery of your Standelite products
At Standelite, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and secure delivery for all your event display products throughout Europe.
Manufacturing lead times
Our custom-made products are produced to order, with quality control at every step.
- Manufacturing time: between 10 to 15 working days, depending on the product and level of customization
- Production only begins once full payment has been received
Shipping times
Once production is complete, orders are shipped within 48 to 72 working hours.
- We work with trusted logistics partners: Chronopost and DPD
- A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your parcel leaves our logistics facility
Non-customizable products
For standard products that are not personalized and in stock, shipping is processed within 48 to 72 working hours following payment confirmation.
Delivery zone
We ship to all countries within the European Union.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your country of residence and the courier service used.
Returns Policy
Custom-made products
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return or withdrawal, except in the following cases:
- The product received is not in line with the order
- A manufacturing defect or damage during shipping is clearly identified
In such cases, you must notify us within 48 hours after delivery, with photo evidence, by emailing contact@standelite.com.
Unfortunately, no claims will be accepted after this timeframe.
Non-customized products
For standard (non-customized) items, you are entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of delivery, as per applicable European law.
Conditions for return:
- The product must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging
- Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense
- Refunds will be issued after receipt and inspection of the returned item
