Returns Policy
Custom-made products
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return or withdrawal, except in the following cases:
- The product received is not in line with the order
- A manufacturing defect or damage during shipping is clearly identified
In such cases, you must notify us within 48 hours after delivery, with photo evidence, by emailing contact@standelite.com.
Unfortunately, no claims will be accepted after this timeframe.
Non-customized products
For standard (non-customized) items, you are entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of delivery, as per applicable European law.
Conditions for return:
- The product must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging
- Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense
- Refunds will be issued after receipt and inspection of the returned item
