Returns Policy

Custom-made products

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return or withdrawal, except in the following cases:

The product received is not in line with the order
A manufacturing defect or damage during shipping is clearly identified

In such cases, you must notify us within 48 hours after delivery, with photo evidence, by emailing contact@standelite.com.
Unfortunately, no claims will be accepted after this timeframe.

Non-customized products

For standard (non-customized) items, you are entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of delivery, as per applicable European law.

Conditions for return:

The product must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense
Refunds will be issued after receipt and inspection of the returned item
